The U.S. is still reeling from the devastating storm that left over 40,000 people dead and more than 200,000 without power in Texas and Oklahoma.
In Texas, more than 6 million homes and businesses have been without power, according to the National Weather Service.
More than 1 million people have been left without power across the state.
The storm also caused major flooding in Houston, and officials there have warned residents not to venture out of their neighborhoods because of dangerous flooding.
